Is it possible to change the paper format on a report
so that the first page comes on a customized paper
(210 x 403 mm) and the next pages come on A4 (210 x
297 mm)?
In the printer, one tray contains A4 and another
contains customized paper.
I have without success tried to use
PrintJobSettings.addTrayPageCopy(int _tray, int
_pageNumber [, int _copyNumber] ). This seems to work
only when the paper formats are the same in both
trays.
