Check whether you jave marking / Pick / Reservations against this. Highlight the line and click Inventory button to check. You may have to delete any reservations and then try to delete the line.

I'm trying to delete this line and I'm really running out of idea. And
if I try to change the line's quantity to 0 :

Ordered quantity may not be reduced by 1,00, as the available quantity
then will be negative.
Update has been canceled."
Any ideas?
