[development-axapta] Problem with OLAP service

i have a problem with the OLAP service..While making a query i added a relation between two SQL tables..but when i tried to defined the cube,on the Measures tab there wasn't the measures that i wanted to use,which were in the second table...i looked up the query examples and i think i added the Relation between the tables correctly...
