Translation to SQL problem (me thinks), Microsoft aka navision aka
damgaard (in this context), never sought a solution to the NULL problem
(in my opinion) - instead they've chosen to ignore it (using   chr(2)
for "empty" strings, 0 for "empty" numerals & 1-jan-1900 for "empty"
dates- however, in this particular case they've probably had to build
pretty elaborate logic to make a NULL response equal to a * response (ie
assuming ALL for NULL)

.. been there, done that

Pieter

Life'd been (grammatically) simpler if NULL had not been defined as NULL
but as UNDEFINED (which it mathematically is)

Hi

Axapta 3.0 SP2
MS SQL Server 2000

Does anybody know why, when executing Master scheduling in Master
planning/Periodic/Master scheduling ... when you don't specify item,
scheduling runs a lot slower than when you set "*" as item filter?
