I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I found that there was a problem with the links (consistency) between the tables that are joined in the form. The tables are VendTrans, LedgerJournalTrans and LedgerJournalVoucherChanged. VendTrans is linked to a journal by the field JournalNum, but in my Axapta installation the field was empty in a lot of records. I wrote a job that filled VendTrans.JournalNum with correct values, and then the "RecordSortedList not Initialised" error disappeared
When you open the form LedgerJournalTransApprove, one of the first methods that are executed are VendTrans_ds.linkActive. In my installation LedgerJournalTrans_ds.linkActive was the executed instead of VendTrans_ds.linkActive and this was caused by the inconsistency.
