There is a fix you can request from MS to make the Business Connector
work with Win2003/IIS6.

Hi everybody,
I have some burning questions about EP and can't find answers in
documentations:
1. Enterprise portal (EP) in local computer with IIS v5.1 goes well, but
in
windows 2003 and IIS v6.0 loads only login page and thats the story
ends.
In documentation i found that "EP somehow can be used in winXP and
win2000".
In this note there were no recomendations or any clear info about
prerequisites.
So does anyone use Enterprise portal with IIS V6.0 and is it posibile to
use?
Are there any posibility to downgrade IIS v6.0 -> IIS v5.1 ?
