I get the same problem but I haven't had the time to fix it yet but
I can give you a work around.
On the table ProjJournalTrans, there is a field called LineNum which
is used in the form datasource as a counterfield. In theory this
should have a different value on each line of the journal and is
only used to keep the form in sequence when you add new records.
Sometimes when entering hours journals you end up with 2 records
with the same line number, this isn't normally a problem, but when
you post or validate the journal it comes up with the error that you
have mentioned. If you add the LineNum field to the grid you will be
able to identify the offending line. Re-entering that line and
deleting the original fises the problem.
