systemDateGet() gives you the date used for posting transactions, by default
this will be the same as the machine date, but the user can over ride it
with Menu:Tools\System Date, this can be used if a user needs to enter
transactions as of a past date. For transaction purposes you should always
use the systemDateGet()
Today() will always give you the machine date, if it is called in a class
that is executing on the server it will be the machine date of the server,
if it is used in an object executing on the client it will be the client
machine date.

systemDateGet() // get the date from the server where the application is
installed
today() // this will get the local system date
