Not sure if the following is an option, but here you go.
One way to do it:
1. Create a printer port. (c:\<folder>\<filename>.ps)
2. Install Adobe Postscript Printer Driver, using port created in step 1.
Using this printer from Axapta will give you a postscript file located in
c:\<folder>\
3. Convert this file to PDF using e.g. Ghostscript when report is done.
This works perfectly for me, and PDF layout is ok.
You'll need somekind of logic capturing the email address among others ;-)

I use Axapta 2.5 sp3 but I don�t have the pdf option. I have RTF
or ASCII and HTML, only. In the HTML format, I see the logo but it
doesn�t keep the format of Axapta report, is a disaster. What should
I do? Do you use the cssClass?
