What actually happens is SpecTrans records for un-settlement get mixed
up with SpecTrans records for settlement. If user marks a customer
transaction for settlement in the "Open-transaction editing" form and
leave the form without an actual update a SpecTrans will be left in
the database. This SpecTrans will then be (erroneously) picked up by
method CustVendReversePosting::updateNow().
The solution is simply to modify CustVendReversePosting::updateNow()
to only pick SpecTrans records that have refId pointing to a
CustSettlement.
