Wow...  I'm so not wake up this morning.  Sorry.  Here's the corrected code.  Basically you just fake that the form is opened from CustTable.

    Args            _args = new Args();
    MenuFunction    menuFunction = new MenuFunction("SalesTable", MenuItemType::Display);
    CustTable custTab = CustTable::find(custIdFromYourView);

    _args.record(custTab);
    menuFunction.run(_args);

    //super();

The problem is that a client can have several sales... so it doesn't
work in this case.
