phantom users. Shut down the AOS, get everybody out, and then delete
the axdat,udb file in the application directory before restarting.
And... Don't mix 2- and 3-tier users. Preferably keep everybody on
3-tier, but at least stick to one of them.

I have encountered a problem. Some of our users have logoff to the
system. But on the online user form, it indicates they still online.
It is only happen for the user who using AOS.
