is connected using thin client and when the system is not used for some time
and the monitor turns off, during this stage the client also closes down but
you will see that the client is still shown online. You need to close the
session later. As Claudio said this is a bug.

AFAIK this is a common Problem regarding ORACLE and MBS Axapta.
You will have to either implement your own online users Form or wait for a
Bugfix from MS.

I have encountered a problem. Some of our users have logoff to the
system. But on the online user form, it indicates they still online.
It is only happen for the user who using AOS.
