After I had sent you email, I was still trying to get the filter thing, I added override the modified method on the StringEdit field which is the basis for filtering the data and put this line of code and the data is filtering on the form.
public boolean modified()
{
boolean ret;
ret = super();
custPackingSlipTrans_ds.executeQuery();
return ret;
}
I hope this is correct way of coding, any suggestions. Thanks for your earlier reply.
