About once a month but it could be at any time - and we can't pin
down what is different when it does occur.
Our only current suspiscion is that occurs when 2 users are
accessing the general journal function at the same time?
We also fix it the same way stated below and it goes away again till
the next time.
Our number sequence setup is;
- Continuous - Yes
- Allow user to change to a lower number - No
- Allow user to change to a higher number - No
It would be great if someone to point us to the source of the
problem.
