Besides building COM+ wrappers as mentioned in another email this is possible as well Go to this companys web side www.vmware.com and bye a copy of their brilliant software, which enables you to have several virtual servers running on the same machine. This is probably easier to do than building com wrappers, but it will not scale as well so it all depends on the applications you will be running. -------------- Original message -------------- Hi Anil Just an idea: Perhaps is it possible to setup some sort of virtual server / machine on the IIS server and thereby emulate several machines, with a COM running on each virtual server. I've never tried it though but maybe someone else has some experience with this.

We must buy a server now :) This is really bad situation, if we want to add extra portal, we must paid extra money! Thanks to Axapta!! The "solution" on a development environment seems to be shutting down the first comconnector before swapping to the second one. In a live environment you HAVE TO setup different machines for that. regards Douglas ----- Original Message ----- From: "Karsten Wollesen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, July 11, 2005 11:26 AM Subject: RE: [development-axapta] Setting up multiple portal on single machine > Hi, > > You can setup which Axapta configuration file the COM connector should > use.
