A few new values on the EmplTable has been added as Enum type, like
Ethnicity options - African,Indian,ext.
But also Values like OccupationalCat options -
Legislators.....and...., Professional, Technicians... and...., upto
about 10 values.
These values should stay prety static but no garentee.
QUESTION:
Would it not be better to implement these values in tables, is there a
best practise for the implementation of enum types.
