There are many ways to sort the data
1. In your coding, u can add in init() or fetch()
this.query().dataSourceNo(1).addSortField(fieldnum (nameOfDataSource, fieldToSort), sortorder::Descending);
OR
2. In your report, drag fieldToSort to Data sources > nameOfDataSource > Sorting. In Properties, set ordering to DESCENDING
OR
3. When you print the report, go to Select button, click to Sorting Tab, select table and field to sort, and select search direction to Descending
