It turned out to be a kernel error when domain license is activated and more than 1023 users in userinfo. MBS already was aware of the error, and had already fixed it in a kernel hotfix to SP3 and in SP4. Installing the kernel HF solved my problem.

I've done some more research, and the problem seems to be linked to domain license. If there's a domain license, select's in userinfo (e.g. select userinfo where userinfo.id == curuserid()) produces the weird select with the 'ID IN' clause. If there's no domain license the 'ID IN' clause is not part of the select. I've previously stated that the number of ? in the 'ID IN' clause was less than the amount of users in userinfo. This is not true. There's exactly as many ? as users.

After further studies, the problem occurs with 1024 users in userinfo table. 1023 is ok, 1024 or more and I get this error. The funny thing is, at another customer they have more than 1800 users, and haven't seen this problem.

There is 1106 '?' in the 'IN IN' statement. It sonehow appera to be
connetec to curuserid() function. Any ideas ? I have already
synchronized, compiled and deleted aoi-file. When a new user is
inserted, one more '?' is added to the statement, but the 1106 ?s is 3-4
less than the amount of records in userinfo.
