May be you need to enable active server pages (*.asp).
1. Open IIS setup form (from settings/administrative tools)
2. The main Node (IIS [Servername]) contains some folders
3. Click the last Folder (I don't know the name, cause I haven't
access to a w2k3 Server yet)
4. After the click on the right side (where normally the web files
are shown) you can check and enable/disable Active Server Pages (and
other features)
5. Make sure that's activated, if not so do it
