Anyone out there correct me if i'm wrong, but I think the
systemdateget() function will return the date like you said
(defaulted with the machine date but changeable anytime within
axapta) but you have to be careful where the function is run. If from
a class which is set to 'runon server' then it returns the server
date.
However I don't know what will happen when you change the defalt
setting - does the systemdateget return a common date within the
system regardless where it is run?
