(ProdPicklist) to a report that contains both route and BOM in the
following way:
- route step 1
- ingredient 1 (assigned to route step 1)
- ingredient 2 (assigned to route step 1)
-route step 2
- ingredient 3 (assigned to route step 2)
- ingredient 4 (assigned to route step 2)
- ...
I already have some possible solutions, but they are still too
complex for my taste because in one case the report is based on
multiple views that link prodJournalBOM (the table on which the
original report is based on) with InventTable and from there to the
active route. I also tried implementing a method in the ProdBOM
table that would do the job for me. I'm not yet convinced of the
result and have the impression, that I'm scratching too much on the
surface without understanding the details that might make things
clearer.
I wonder if someone has experience with this problem and could help
find a cleaner solution.
