I think if you look at the InventTable from AOT >> Delete Actions the BomVersion , RouteVersion tables are linked so may be when you were prompted to delete the Tables while re-importing they got deleted. Can you check if you have records in BOMVersion and RouteVersion tables ?
If you are trying to import these tables in TEST Database, I will suggest that you use SQL statement to clear the tables rather than going through Axapta.
