check your application directory for the appropriate axsyp*.ald file. If the file exists, then stop the aos using the application, delete the appropriate axsyp*.ali file, start in 2tier, which should generate the ali-file. If the axsyp*.ald file doesn't exist, copy it from another application, delete ali-file, and start in 2tier.

some of the system label file will missing such as @SYP***. i don't
know what
is the problem is that? and any suggestion for me to solve it?
