first of all, check where the MP bottleneck is! You can easily use a
windows performance monitor. Check client side also! Remember that MP is
not only about AOS server or DB server but primarly is about client
which make work centre scheduling (limited capacity, etc).
But application optimization is very good idea ;-) We have about 150k of
items and BOM level reach 17 somewhere. We have also some problems
regarding running time. There are many parameters which affect running
time of MP.
Let us know what the bottleneck is.
Tomas.

Hi abdulabsi
Hardware Optimize
- Change your RAID to RAID 0
- Add New AOS
- Change your log to temp directory to new RAID Channel not
same as Database RAID Channel
Softwae Optimize
- Config Client that you want to run to difference AOS
- Run MP on multiple client filter by item for each Client
- If possible pls. reduce your BOM level (13 is too much.
what's your product?)
- Always create new index (1 time/month)
