Hi,
It is very simple..
You just have to check your datasource..like if you have salesTable
datasource (name as SalesTable)
Then at any point of time salesTable object will represent current active
record and there will be always an active record in datasource, so just
"If(SalesTable)" condition will validate current record for recID, if
datasource is empty then you will get recID == 0.

Check it out at run time.

Subject: [development-axapta] How to check if the DataSource after query is
Empty?

  Hi,

I need to check on if the query myTable_DS in the refresh() method on
the datasource has no records selected.

boolean myTableDS.insertIfEmpty() always returns false even if no
records are selected :(

How to check if myTable_DS is Empty??

Thank you
