Tobias,

The CodeScrambling option is a service provided to
protect entire modules from being "borrowed".
If you want to use the service, you obviously will
have to follow some guidelines to ensure that the
situation you described won't happen. In effect, if
you do deliver scrambled code to someone, YOU are
responsible for that code and any bugs in it. Much
like all software you buy today where the source code
is unavailable (which is most of it).
In addition, you'll have to leave some "hooks" or
interefaces unscrambled, in order to allow other code
to interact with yours.
