To my knowledge there's not build-in functionnality that can do that.  But it can be easily developed by adding a commandline parameter.  Take a look at class SysStartupCmd and its child.

Hi All,

I send a mail from Axapta using sendmail. Now I want a link in the mail that
when clicked will open Axapta then projects and set it to the correct
project... Hmmm, the question is "Is this possible?"
