It appears that Sp1 set the dynamic height property on the item
name/description field, which causes this erratic behaviour.
Solution found.

It would seem that the standard SalesInvoice report in Ax30Sp4
contains the following "bug":
When an invoice (free text/sales invoice) contains a sufficient number
of lines to justify a second page, the line/item description is
printed on the first page and the quantities/values are printed at the
top of the second page.
Has anyone come across this issue?'
I've hacked at the report without satisfactory results.
