You probably have setup the virtual company correctly but you should have done it before entering data or importing data in the table.
Now you could remove one of the companies from the virtual company, export the data from the ledger table, add the company to the virtual company again and import the data.
Another workaround could be to make an SQL Update which modifies the dataarea field in the ledgertable to the dataarea of the virtual company.

Hi,
I created a New Virtual Company Account say VC1 and added table
collection which containes only LedgerTable.
I included 2 Company account DAT and DMO both has records in Ledger
table.
When I open the Chart of Accounts No records has been listed.
can any body explain me how to setup virtual Company.
