Yes, resetting user data could be a start.  Are both user using the same printer?  I've had issue with user using different printer that didn't get the exact same layout.

Dear All,

UserAA and User BB users in Axapta.

When salesinvoice report opened by user AA ,user AA shows report correcltly
but  with user BB report doesn't show correctly,margins and design are not
correct.

UserAA and UserBB logged in at same machine.

Is this problem related with user settings?
