Hi, I am upgrading a customer from SP2 to SP5. I have installed SP5 on there test enviroment and used that as a test area. So far so good. How do I proceed to upgrade the production enviroment. Should I upgrade the enviroment directly or should I make a copy of the production enviroment and then upgrade the copy and the only copy the database to the new enviroment when they are ready to run SP5?
Any help or suggestions on further reading is most welcome /David
