I also have similar problem

This is regarding the Microsoft Axapta 3.0 Upgrade issue. The 
detailed description of the problem is described below:

 

On the LIVE client site. The original version of Microsoft Axapta is 
3.0, Service Pack 4 (with Kernel Rollup 1) was installed on the 
server (Windows 2003 server). This was working fine until after last 
weekend (Saturday 2 Dec 2006), we updated the application and 
installed Service Pack 5 (application only). 
 

On the Monday after the upgrade to SP 5, every time users log into 
Axapta using a 3-tier connection encountered the message "The client 
installation is missing the required files to run Microsoft 
Axapta." "Click OK to install them now." When users click 
the "Cancel" button, they could still continue using the system. If 
they clicked the "Ok" button, it would return an error message 
saying "File C:\Program 
files\Navision\Axapta\Client\Share\Include\CCLicens.lic could not be 
opened." 
 

Since Tuesday, all users complained of getting kicked out of the 
system intermittently. This has been happening so many times in a day 
that it has disrupted the users activities. Please see attached for 
event viewer logs and error messages. 
 

We have also noticed that the Enterprise Portal Business connector 
has stopped working. Giving us a "Server.CreateObject Failed" "Line 
15" Error.
