I didn't change any codes in Axapta, as I mentioned in my post, I only change
the pricing details of one of the item in Item master, I don't think we have to
re-register the COM connector everytime we change the data in Axapta, please
advise and thanks in advance.

changes to the code in Axapta. Go to configuration utility->Business
connector and register again.
u will see the updates values in the website..
