[development-axapta] Commerce Gateway setup in Axapta 3.0

Hi,

I had gone through the Commerce Gateway Materials and understood the 
concepts but i have no experience on how to setup this with Biztalk 
server,

Please can any one explain about 

   how to setup Commerce Gateway with using BizTalk-Server.
   how to setup Commerce Gateway without using BizTalk-Server and
