Hi Marie, With RightFax, you don't have to interactively enter every fax number, name, etc... Here we already send invoices by fax in batch jobs. The trick is to add a "RightFax Tag" to your document. This tag is simple text written on the report (you can write it in white so it doesn't appear) that says where the fax should be sent. It looks like <TONAME:Johnny begood><TOFAXNUM:123-456-7890>. So you send the document with this string on it to RightFax printer and it will automatically parse the string to get the info.
