Do not try and send an AX report to Zebra printers. It can work but it is easier to create a file in the ZPL format or use the API (which I haven't personally done!!).
TO create the ZPL language file, use their label design software to create a generic PRN file and then pass your variable values into it and, being a bit old fashioned, copy it to LPT1 or wherever the printer is attached. It worked for us, on the whole.
