Dear Trinadh, Since you already have Ax 4.0 installed, you just have to create a new application folder (you can copy from standard folder), create a new database and finally install Ax4.0 Object server only. Take note in the Axapta Object server configuration. By default the first instance will take up port 2712, therefore you have to set your second instance to port 2713. Make sure the AOS is pointing to their respective applications and database.
Check the services running and you should see "Dynamics Server$01- InstanceName" and "Dynamics Server$02-InstanceName". Be sure to set the properties of the services to use the logon as domain user. Try starting the services if it's not running already. You might have to restart the machine to see both services running.
