Hallo, Our customer would like to automatically save incoming and outcoming e-mails with corresponding business relations in AX (store them in AX f.e. as attached documents). They use Microsoft Outlook as an email clietn - there is no Microsoft Exchange, but if it would be necessary they could buy it. Have You any idea how to do that?
