AX 4.0 does not have workflow module. AX 5.0 which will be released June of 08 will include a workflow module. In the mean time you could implement your own workflow process relying on email and alert as a mean of notifications..... There are 2 commercial products out there that have workflow for Axapta, not for free. First one is: Red Maple Second one is: www.to-increase.com
