I had encountered the same problem before 5 months.
Let me confirm with your scenario:
You have created a new Perspective in AOT and updated the model in SQL
reporting services. And you found the Table name but no field was published in
the report builder. Isn't it?
Then you probably have published the table having relations in other tables.
So you can add those related tables and update the model. And you'll find the
fields for that table.
