Hi Friends,
   
  I am struggling with Create alert rule. I am working from remote desktop. I 
want to get the alert mail to my outlook account when the created alert rule 
event occurs.
   
   I have given the Email parameters from administrator\setup\Email parameter  
as
   
  Outgoing mailserver: Client mail server IP address
  Local system name : client system let say "AVARAD"
  username: my mail id
  password: .....
   
  Also I created a e-mail template from basic\setup\
  and I provided the sender name as my mail Id, batch group as Newly created 
batch for email alerts.
   
   
  and all the setups like(change based alerts, due based alerts ) are done.
   
  when I executed the batch processing from basic\periodic\batch
  by selecting particular batch group wirh recurrence setting as 1 min and no 
enddate 
  it throws error like
   
  
Cannot send email alert. no e-mail template specified
Job change based alerts terminated with exception error.

  Can any one help me to solve this issue will be highly appreciated.
