Hi, Document handling is enabled when connected to Axapta via AOS server using fat-client. It is also enabled when not using AOS server. If you connect via AOS server using thin-client the document handling icon is disabled. I have did a search of Axapta-Knowledge-Village and Development-Axapta groups. I have checked file versions and service packs as discussed in previous posts on these groups. I have checked parameters under Administration>Setup.
Any other ideas as to why document handling is enabled when connecting via AOS fat-client but disabled when connecting via AOS thin-client? Thanks, David
