We are experiencing problems generating print archive documents. The standard Axapta code in RestorePrinting - setPrintJobTables (used to insert values into the PrintJobPages table) is executed, but an SQL database error occurs stating that a record in the PrintJobPages table could not be inserted (duplicate record error).
We have tried deleting the values in the PrintJobHeader and PrintJobPages tables, but the error keeps occurring (usually after 2 print archive documents have been created successfully). Does anyone know about this problem and/or a possible fix? Regards, Daniele.
