Hi. A few weeks ago i started to use XML to generate massive data, because the use of COM Excel was too slow. Now i'm generating the same data result 10 times faster than COM Excel.
The Question :D I'm generating an XML file trough AX, i have the XSD and XSLT to visualize the file in a beauty way :D I have one STRING field into the XML with a value of 000123432. When i open the file on Internet Explorer the file looks really good and use my custom XSLT file. The problem is that the client wants to see it through Excel 2007. When i open the XML on Excel the first thing that Excel does, is to ask me if i want to use my XSLT file. I choose YES and the data is shown on the grid but the field 000123432 now appears as 123432. If i open the XML file without the XSLT on Excel it shows me the XML as dataTable, with this option the field is shown as 000123432 but all the style is lost. Anybody knowns a good solution for this question. My head looks like a puzzle, i've seen every forum in spanish and some in english but i can not find an answer.
