[development-axapta] while creating pdf report shutdown client problem in Ax 3.0

Hi to All,
i have a runbasereport which creating pdf reports and sending it to 
mails.But when my runbasereport creates over 30 pages (it creates 29 
sheet) my client is shutting down without any error mesage or warning.

How can i fix t?
