The application pool of virtual directory "reports" automatically disable itself. You usually can find events logged at application log releated this. One possible reason is you might change user account's password wich is identity of application pool. Also the URL http://localhost/reports is not running and error "The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable" is displayed when I try to run the report.
