Hello Aman. Ok. Let me understand, the thing that you want is to group on the new View.
Let's say that today you have: COMPANY1,BUSREL1 COMPANY1,BUSREL1 COMPANY2,BUSREL1 COMPANY2,BUSREL2 COMPANY2,BUSREL2 The result that you want is: COMPANY1,BUSREL1 COMPANY2,BUSREL1 COMPANY2,BUSREL2 Right??? If this is correct.......you could try 2 add a new field like a real or integer number and then select on the field properties aggregation SUM. The view will sum the field and the other 2 fields will be join to this sum. I have to say that this integer field must be located on your custom table, and you have to fill it using a job that only set a value of 1 on it. So the result will be the same as i show above plus the value of the last field that will be the sum of the number of records that are repeated on the view. So you have your info grouped and ready to show on a form. COMPANY1,BUSREL1,2 COMPANY2,BUSREL1,1 COMPANY2,BUSREL2,2 I hope that this works. And if this is not the problem let me know.
