I hope you gave them very high estimates of how long it would take ;-)
Reports in ax suck compared to modern report-writing tools.

Your select count() & group-by, for instance, could get quite ugly.

Your best bet is to find some reports that do something close, and start
researching them to figure out how they did it.....

Hi,

I am new to Axapta and am working on a report that has totals and
subtotals sections.

In this sections I am working with queries that look like this:

select count(recid) , ep_id_etapa, in_id_descripcion
from _tipos group by ep_id_etapa, in_id_descripcion
where _tipos.projid == _projTable.ProjId &&
_tipos.ep_id_ etapa == _tblInmueble. ep_id_etapa

But I have'nt been able to display this information on the report,
must I do it with temporary tables?

or is there a better and simpler way of displaying this information?

Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thanks,
Karina
