if you don't find anything, open a new post on that group. I'm not sure
if the question can be answered generically as different servers are
optimized for different things; if you open a post, some details of the
kind of site you plan on running would likely be helpful.
I'm surprised there's no g.d.o group for security. Anyone know where
people interested in security related questions go? Not for reporting
Drupal security bugs, as that should be handled through
http://drupal.org/security-team, but for discussing things like best
practices for deploying secure servers and websites.
